Returns are handled on a case by case basis.
- If an item is used, it will not be considered for refund or exchange. However, if the customer accepts to pay shipping both sides and fees, we can discuss the return, refund or upgrade of a product. Please contact us before making a return.
- If the item was not delivered to the customer due to the fault of the customer (did not pick up on time, was not at home when the courier arrived, the client indicated the wrong address), we can send the item again after the client pays for the delivery again
- If the item was not delivered by other reasons (the sender incorrectly indicated the recipient, the parcel was lost due to the fault of the Post), we can make a full refund or send the item one more time for free.
- Shipping charges are not refundable if the customer received an item in proper condition but just decided to return it to us.
- We make returns within 14 days from the moment the client receives the item
- Item must be in absolutely new condition to be eligible for refund, complete with original documentation, packaging and other papers sent with product.
